Step 2 Read the Alpha in the Workplace training manual and order a tape/CD of the Alpha in the Workplace training session. Attend an Alpha in the Workplace conference (or order the CD or tapes), read the AiW Leaders Guide. Order Alpha Express DVD.

Step 3 Organise your team: identify interested colleagues; recruit small-group leaders and helpers. See Team roles

Step 4 Obtain the Alpha resources. See Publications

Step 5 Plan practical needs. Decide on a location, time etc.

Step 6 Add your course to the directory.
