Timing

A typical Alpha in the Workplace session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes or less, and, just like the regular Alpha course, can be facilitated through videos or live talks.

In the the edited version, Alpha Express, the talks have been shortened to between 20 and 25 minutes per session. This is about half the length of standard Alpha and makes this version ideal for use in an Alpha in the Workplace setting.

The full length talks may also be used. However, because each Alpha video runs for about 45 minutes, you’ll only be able to show a portion of the presentation at each meeting, should you choose this option. We recommend summarising the remaining content and directing guests to the appropriate chapter in the book 'Alpha – Questions of Life' so that they may read the rest of the text from the Alpha talk.

Find a course

If you are using the Alpha videos for your course, and have only 1 hour available for each session, we recommend showing only a portion of the video.
