We encourage identifying two students from the same school, but we understand contexts vary.

Students will participate by:

• Connecting with their trio (their friend and their mentor)
• Meeting with their pod (their trio plus a few more)
• Joining an online session each month with everyone
• Attending one in-person gathering over a weekend
• Planning and running Alpha in their school

The structure is intentional but sustainable.
