Alpha Youth 是一种简单的方式，旨在帮助青少年在一个安全、友好的环境中共同探索人生最重大的问题，并认真对待他们的好奇心。它可以在学校、教会、家庭和青少年活动场所开展，专为 13-18 岁对生活、信仰、身份和意义感到好奇的青少年而设计。

没有压力，没有预设，只有开放的交流。

举办 Alpha 是什么样的

01 共享餐点

每次聚会都从餐饮开始，这是一种简单的方式，能让青少年在进入正题前放松心情，感到宾至如归。

02 一起观看视频

简短的讲座会从基督教的角度探讨人生最重大的问题，涵盖身份、意义和信仰，并以一种与青少年生活息息相关的方式呈现。无需准备，无需背诵。

03 加入对话

小组讨论营造了一个坦诚、开放的空间，每个人都可以在这里分享、倾听，或者只是静静地感受。

*为期 8-10 周，每周通常 2 到 2.5 小时。
每次都遵循同样的简单节奏：用餐、讲座、交流。易于开展，也让青少年乐于参与。

Why Run Alpha

You need the three magic words, I. Don't. Know. You don't have to say the answer like you are a youth pastor or something. It's supposed to be a conversational place and you're not always going to have the answers
