Each session kicks off with an episode that explores a big question, like “Who is Jesus?” or “Why would I want a relationship with God?” Your Gen Z hosts then share real stories and explore genuine insights on the topic. They also keep things light with games, great jokes, and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments along the way.

After each episode, you’ll break into a small group to share your thoughts, a story, or questions you have personally. There’s no pressure to have the answers or even participate. You talk when you’re ready and people will be there to listen.

You’ll meet with the same group each week, people you’ll get to know, build trust with, and feel comfortable opening up around. The conversations go where you and your friends take them. And when you’re ready, you can even invite others to join or lead an Alpha Youth group on your own.

Alpha Youth was created for teenagers (Ages 13-18).
Not at all. You can come with questions, doubts, or just curiosity. There’s no pressure, just come as you are.
Yes! Alpha is even better with friends.
Running Alpha is completely free—there’s no cost to access the materials or resources. The Alpha Youth Series runs for about 8 weeks, with each session lasting 60–90 minutes. That includes watching the video episode, having discussion time, and sharing food or hangout time if possible.
You’ll want to set aside some time for planning and inviting students, but we’ve made it easy with ready-to-use tools, leader guides, and training videos to help you get started with confidence.
