Full-time (37.5 Hours Per Week, Hybrid)

Alpha Ministries Canada is a national Christian non-profit organization with creative and highly motivated people who work together to serve the Church in Canada. We have a great opportunity for an individual to serve within our Operations team and in service to the whole organization as our IT Coordinator. The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing IT support to our staff and improving technical processes. 

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a fast learner who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a true team player. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills and a servant leadership approach to helping internal and external stakeholders. You must be a curious, analytical, and creative thinker who can problem-solve, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary certificate in Computer Science or Systems, or at least 1–2 years of hands-on, professional experience working in IT support. Working experience with Mac and Windows systems, communicating with users via support tickets, and familiarity with CRMs (particularly Salesforce) are highly preferred. Additional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are nice to have. Experience with the Alpha Course is preferred, along with an understanding of Alpha Canada products and tools integral to the problem-solving ability required in this role.

What you get to do

• Provide IT support for internal and external users.
• Facilitate and implement development and technical maintenance across all our platforms and the organization's software needs.
• Configure, manage, and maintain MyAlpha and its resources.
• Work with our Salesforce Administrator to merge records, pull reports, and perform data imports. 
• Assist with the roll-out and maintenance of various features and solutions.
• Assist in the management, onboarding, and offboarding of staff IT hardware and software through our MDM solution. 
• Ensure organization-wide security, implementing new practices and responding to incidents.
• Proactively look for and present ideas and growth opportunities for the organization in digital or other system tools.
• Support the Alpha Canada team with data analysis, investigating data issues as they arise.
• Train new users, provide ongoing coaching, and  clearly document and maintain IT processes.

Compensation Salary range of $47,000 to $53,000 commensurate with experience. Vacation and benefits package included.
